Customise the HireBee theme for a WordPress site

I am looking to customise the HireBee theme (https://www.appthemes.com/themes/hirebee/) for a WordPress site, it is similar in a way to PPH in that clients can post jobs, freelancers can apply, there is an escrow system in place etc.

The theme has lots of useful things and it's about 90% of the way to what I want to achieve anyway, it's just the final tinkering of the customisation, adding fields etc that I need. A lot of it is customising the client order form when they make a project. There may be additional things that need changing which I have not discovered yet but will need to be fine tuned.

Please see the attached document with a list of fixes that I would need to be implemented.

Budget is a placeholder, please apply with your estimated costs and timescale for completion of such a project, including all the final testing to make sure it is 100% working for client and freelancer before going live, that there are no bugs or anything that would prevent the site from functioning correctly.

Would prefer British or Eastern European developer on this. Must have previous experience in creating child themes for WordPress.

Desired turnaround time from hiring 7-10 days.
