I need a software developer who can create a software than can rename different types of PDF files, either automatically or by 'click-system' (or similar), and can then also post financial and other data into QBO and/or Xero again, either automatically and/or click system (or similar); basically, to create a production-line style software similar to factories where there is almost no human input, but is very accurate, predictable and can learn and adapt to variations in data sources. With or without the use of AI. Let me know if you can do this.

    To plan the best approach:

    Are the PDF files structured (e.g., invoices with consistent fields) or do they vary significantly in layout and content across sources?

    Do you already have API access to QBO and/or Xero, or would you need help setting that up as part of the process?
