Office 365 Power Automate & Forms guru needed!
I have a basic MS Form that asks a number of basic questions for a user to answer. The idea behind the form is for work colleagues to leave positive feedback (Kudos) for each other. I want to take one of the fields in that form (ideally the name of the person they are leaving feedback for), and use Power Automate to find that person's email address from Office365 and send them an email.
I have created the basic steps for the Power Automate flow, however I am stuck trying to get it to recognise a name (First Name / Last Name), search Office365, Retrieve the email address and then place that in the Email "TO" field.
If I type an email address directly into the field in MS Forms, the whole flow works!
If you're selected, I will provide further details of what I am trying to achieve with this, and the constraints (which is mostly around finding users and retrieving user profile details such as Email address). A successful project will lead to more work!
If you have good experience with Office365 Power Automate and Forms, this could be the challenge for you!
Thanks
