Convert flash site to html site

Hi

I have created my company website in flash 8, I now need this as an html version (that I can update as required) I have all the flash files, images, logo's and copy - it just need putting together so it looks and works the same as the flash file. Basically its to help with seo... current website is http://www.eubedesign.com - the finished result being a home page (as current) with default flash but optional html
