I am looking for someone who can code a control room dispatch Software. This will come in 3 parts. The wire frames and assets will be provided.
Part 1: Control Room Dispatch Features.
1.1. Job Creation with Structured fields for:
• Patient name / DOB / NHS number
• Pickup & drop-off location
• Risk assessment / mental health status.
1.2. Live Job Dispatching
• Assign jobs in real-time to available crews
• View crew availability, shift status, and location
• Set priority levels (e.g. urgent, planned)
1.3. Patient Handover & Transport Notes
• Secure input of handover notes
• Arrival and completion name, signatures, timestamps
• Record of any incidents or delays
1.4. Digital Risk Assessment Forms
• On-screen form
• Self-harm risk
• Use of secure cell or restraint risk
1.5. Route Optimisation & Traffic
• Route shows when putting collection and drop off address with length of journey
1.6. Performance Dashboards & Reporting
• Real-time metrics (e.g. response times, Job status,
• Exportable data (PDF, Excel, CSV)
1.7 Incident Reporting & Compliance Logs
• Built-in forms for incident reporting
• Flag safeguarding alerts
• Logs for auditing (e.g. CQC readiness)
Part 2. Mobile Crew App
• Crews receive jobs on a secure mobile app/tablet
• See Assigned Jobs with all relevant details as mentioned above.
• Capture Details such as name, position and e-signatures
• Mark job stages: en route / on scene / Patient Onboard / Arrival / Patient Off boarded
• Blue Light Authorisation / Bluetooth Lights Stood Down
Part 3 - Client Booking Portal
3.1. Easy Job Submission
• Simple online form to book transport
• Fields for:
• Patient name, DOB, NHS number
• Pickup & drop-off locations
• Preferred time/date
• Risk indicators (e.g. self-harm, abscond risk)
• Patient's Section ( 2, 3, 135 )
• Escort requirements (e.g. male-only crew, Required crew )
• Special notes
3.2. Instant Booking Confirmation
• Confirmation email or on-screen summary
• Unique booking reference number
• Downloadable booking slip
3.3. Live Job Status Tracking
• Real-time status updates:
• Job received
• Crew dispatched
• En route
• On scene
• Job complete
• ETA countdown and Live vehicle location once crew confirmed on-reoute
3.4. Secure Client Login Area
• Role-based logins (e.g. hospital ward vs social worker)
• View current and past bookings
• User audit trail for governance
3.5. Document Upload
• Upload discharge summaries, risk assessments, or DoLS paperwork
• Documents securely attached to job and viewable by your control room/crew
3.6. Custom Alerts & Notes
• Flag high-risk patients or urgent jobs
• Set custom alerts (e.g. “awaiting police attendance”)
• Option to request a call-back from dispatch
3.7. SLA & Performance Dashboard (For Commissioners)
• View booking volumes by site
• Review response times and outcomes
• Export reports by date, location, or job type
• Two-way text messaging with booking requester and control room staff
