Create a responsive CRUD app with the latest version of CodeIgniter 4.x and Bootstrap
Please see the attached PDF which contains all the necessary information on user types, roles, and the CRUD pages you need to create.
The data should be saved into a SQLite database outside of web root.
The app should work in responsive mode in phone, tablet, and desktop browsers.
You are free to use your own logo and page design as long as it is simple, clean, responsive, and uses Bootstrap.
Nothing earth-shattering, just something neat, stable and working :)
