Bidding Portal/Software for Taxi/Chauffeur

Our objective is to design a web portal/website whereby our client can book taxi, chauffeur or minibuses and the booking be available to bid/tender on by various taxi, chauffeur or minibus operators, after the administrator (us) have priced the booking.

Client needs to be able to do the following:

Book a vehicle of a particular attribute ie, executive, 6 passenger, 8 passenger, hybrid

Add multiple drops if necessary

Input passenger details, name, telephone, email, company, cost code.

View journey on google maps.

This journey then needs to be approved by administrator and sent to bid for affiliated operators or drivers.

The supplier/operator needs to be able to view all active jobs. The details to be shown are only the date, time, pick up address(s), drop of address(s) vehicle type, client notes and an area for supplier to enter a bid price, or if a fixed price has been set by administrator - this needs to be shown.

Once bid has been closed or accepted by supplier, notification to be sent to administrator that supplier has accepted the booking by entering into a bid or accepting the fixed price.

Once accepted or the bidder wins the job by lowest cost price, the suppliers details need to be available to refer back to on each individual job should the administrator need to contact them.

The client, supplier and administrator all need to be able to view journey on google map.

After the journey is completed by the supplier the client will need to be able to rate the supplier with feedback area.

Additionally this will need to be web responsive or accessible via app for the client/ supplier to download (app - will depend on cost).

An information/ document download section for clients and suppliers to receive information.
