Basic PHP static website - 10 pages - Text, links and image, basic layout changes

Description of requirements/features: We have a basic static website that describes our company and our services. It is built with php and css.

We would like it updating a bit. I have all the changes documented. It is mostly:
Change text to
Move image to here
Change this menu link

It is all very clear what to do and will provide FTP login details and all new images etc.

Imagine it is only a couple of hours work.

We will have a bit more of this sort of thing in the not too distant future. So looking for someone we can use again, and not just on this one website. We have a couple of other websites.
