Build and deploy an automated nonprofit attendee and partner management system using Airtable, Make.com, Brevo, and Gmail.
The project includes:
* Cleaning and migrating 500+ attendee records into Airtable
* Creating and configuring Brevo email templates
* Building 4 Make.com automation scenarios for welcome emails, follow-ups, partner alerts, and approvals
* Testing all workflows with real data and preventing duplicate processing
* Creating simple operational and troubleshooting documentation
* Recording a short training video for staff
The project has a firm Thursday deadline and requires daily communication and immediate availability.
