This seat WRITES PRODUCTION CODE every day.

You must be fluent in Claude Code, Cursor, and/or OpenCode (or equivalent AI coding harnesses). You type code. You ship repos, PRs, scripts, APIs, and apps.

If your main skill is Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel, n8n, WordPress, or "I prompt ChatGPT," do NOT apply. We already screened that pool. Wrong fit.

WHO WE ARE

U.S. company. Multiple businesses and client accounts. Everything is being rebuilt around AI coding agents and systems that ship. Long-term seat, direct to ownership, remote (Philippines-friendly).

THE ROLE

AI Coding Engineer. Day one you open Claude Code / Cursor / OpenCode and build. Automations and agent stacks come AFTER you can code. Tooling (GHL, n8n, etc.) is optional glue — never the job.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

CODE FIRST (non-negotiable)
- Write and ship production code daily with Claude Code, Cursor, and/or OpenCode
- Own repos: features, fixes, scripts, APIs, internal tools, landing pages when needed
- Use modern stacks (TypeScript/Node, Python, Next.js, etc.) — pick what fits and ship
- Leave clean, documented, runnable work — not vibes, not screenshots of chats

THEN AGENTS & SYSTEMS
- Turn working code into repeatable agent / automation systems
- Hermes-style agents, overnight jobs, handoffs — built by someone who can code the harness
- Content/ops pipelines only if you can engineer them, not click them together once

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Paid AI coding tool plans (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
- Infra budget as needed
- Direct briefs from ownership
- $1,200–$2,500/mo DOE · ~40 hrs/week · 3–4 hrs daily U.S. Eastern overlap

WHAT WE DON'T WANT (instant pass)
- Make / Zapier / GHL / n8n as your primary skill
- "I direct AI" / "I manage agents" with no code you wrote
- WordPress-only, VA, data entry, social posting
- Generic AI cover letters with no GitHub and no Loom of YOU coding

HOW TO APPLY — READ CAREFULLY

First line of your application must be exactly:

1) GitHub (or equivalent) with recent commits YOU wrote — link required.
2) 60–90 second Loom: screen-share YOU writing/editing code in Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenCode (your voice). No Loom of a Zapier map.
3) One shipped tool/site/API you coded (live URL or repo).
4) One sentence: which AI coding tool you use daily and for how long.
5) Monthly rate inside $1,200–$2,500, hours/week, time zone, Eastern overlap.

We delete applications that lead with GHL/Make/Zapier or have no code proof.

- Real Hermes / always-on agent experience built in code

DETAILS
- Full-Time (~40 hrs/week)
- $1,200–$2,500/month DOE
