Automated (Selenium?) access of small customer records system

We use a third-party web-based system that holds customer records as well as a diary system that shows our availability.
This system does not have any kind of external API.

We need you to help us build a solution that can automatically log in to this system with our credentials and perform some basic functions (search for a customer record / find availability in the diary / add an appointment).

This should be accessible remotely as a kind of “API” so we can make calls to it from our website booking system / Zapier / etc.

To start with, we are only looking for basic functionality as a first stage. Once we start working together, we will discuss further plans and projects related to this.
