Automated Proposal Generator

To design & create a user form/programme for our Project Managers (PM) to use to automate the process of creating proposal documents to our clients.

Requirement:
We require an automated proposal generator that allows our PMs to choose from a selection of drop-down options that ‘pull’ pre-approved proposal content from a series of formatted word document templates and builds them into a pre-formatted proposal template document. These range for our equipment/personnel/hire services.

These proposal documents are sent to prospective clients when tendering for a contract along with a quote. The ability to save, review & amend may also a requirement.

We are looking for quotes for this work from a candidate with:

- Excellent communication skills

- A transparent working approach with the project coordinator within the company is essential.

- An experienced user of Visual Studio using C# and WPF or similar (open to suggestions if alternate software/application is more appropriate)

We require the job to be completed within 1 month max. with support from the internal project coordinator.
