API for creating MS Teams meeting using c#

this is simple and quick script for who are experienced with ms graph api.

what we need:
- create ms teams meeting via the code with 2 participants (given 2 emails with name only)
- the meeting is created either with the user (paid user for Teams - shared with you as free user doesnt allow you to create online meetings)
- authentication is through the permission given to the registered application is azure (NOT delegated user where user has to sign in, we want silent for api purpose) - App-Only Access (Application-Only Authentication)
- script in c# (could be in any of mvc, .core, asp.net )
- the meeting has start date time and end time, subject, body, participants email
- get the JoinUrl after meeting is created, this is required for our other purposes.

what we have:
- client id, secret, app id (other required details ) will be shared once you are ready to test or during test.
- share user registered for Teams (for testing purpose - to check calendar/events/meetings has been created successfully )

what you provide:
- api project in visual studio 2019 (or ideally 2022) (or vscode) or it could be 1 Main file but in C#.
