Description
I am not sure if this is even possible but here goes.
We are a company who makes oak framed buildings and we would like to give out prospective customers an initial image of the building we are quoting for. We have many photos and 3D model images of buildings we have done and we have a quotation detailing what the client wants. Is it possible yet to take these things and produce an image of exactly what the written quote says?
Please note that the budget price is not correct as I have know idea whether this is even possible but we will definitely look at all proposals whatever the price since this could be a major help with selling our buildings.
I have attached some samples of images we have and quotes we send to clients although the quote itself can be tailored with more information if needed. Our website is www.ehbp.com if you would like to see what we do.
Images can be seen at https://www.ehbp.com/buildings/garages/
Photos can be seen at https://www.ehbp.com/gallery-two-bay-oak-frame-garage/
At the moment I am trying to see if it is possible and then choose someone to progress the project with so if you think you can help then please let me know.
Thank You
Stephen

The honest answer is no. You cannot do this with Ai at the moment.
You can train a AI "model" with data taken from your photographs and 3d renders. But then you would have to render all your 3d models. They vest way to do what you want, is to render out all of your 3d models, make an AI checkpoint data set, train stable diffusion to create an AI model, then make block 3d models of all your various house shapes. The AI can then fit the right elements to the block out image. I personally would get renders out of your 3d files for everything you have, and get 2d assets in place to drop into photoshop, like a kitchen configurator.
Is this what you mean? -
Hi Stephen. Is the client's request something you already have a 3D model of? If not, are you able to have a 3D model made of the client's request? That might be easiest, and then going from there.

If you have high-quality 3D models, that should be enough to create a high-quality visualization from the angle you need. Please upload one of the models so it can be reviewed and a price estimate can be provided.
