Add Lazy Loading into a bespoke PHP CMS

I have created a bespoke CMS using core PHP/MySQL (no frameworks), and I need lazy loading adding onto the listings page.

The code needs to be commented so that I know what is what (later down the line).

I posted this job around 4 weeks ago, and have had nothing but time wasters. Please do not respond unless you are actually willing to communicate and get back to me and can actually do the work.
