Add functionality to the 'WooCommerce Delivery Area Pro' plugin

I'm looking for someone who can code functions into plugins for WordPress/ woocommerce. We use 'WooCommerce Delivery Area Pro plugin currently for availability-check from a postcode file and it works to display prices. We also then have a standard product price. These show as two prices but we need to find a way to not show pricing until the postcode is entered. At this point we need it to show one price, not two. So this means we need the delivery price to merge with the product price to show only one price on postcode entry. A good example is on the link at the bottom which is what we are trying to replicate.. I'm not aware of a solution (plugin) that can work the way I describe it. The example on the link I provided is not a Wordpress site.
