Description
We would like some support to:
- Integrate our emails so that we can use the same login name@companywebsite.dot.com to login through gmail and view and respond to emails using company emails.
-Keep all copies of emails and responses in 123reg and all emails are archived there including calendar invites,
-Ensure each staff member can access Google Drive, Calendar and other Workspace features.
-Provide secure configuration, step‑by‑step documentation and post‑migration verification.

Hi Juliet
How many users n total and do you have google workspace business package? -

Juliet,
This is a really achievable setup, and to make sure I scope it accurately for you, a few points would help me nail down before we quote:
1. Could you confirm whether you already hold (or plan to purchase) Google Workspace licences for each staff member, since Drive, Calendar and the wider Workspace tools require this separately from Gmail's free consumer service?
2. On the archiving requirement, keeping every email and calendar invite copied into 123 Reg while sending/receiving through Gmail usually means either routing mail through 123 Reg first (with a forwarding rule into Google) or setting up a BCC-based archiving rule; it would help to know if you have a preference, or any compliance reason driving the "everything stays at 123 Reg" requirement.
3. Could you confirm how many mailboxes are involved and whether you currently have admin-level access to your 123 Reg control panel and domain DNS settings, as we'll need this to redirect mail flow safely without an outage?
4. Are there any existing calendars, shared inboxes, or third-party tools (invoicing, CRM, etc.) currently linked to the 123 Reg email accounts that would need to carry over?
Once I have these details I can put together a clear migration plan, documentation, and a verification checklist so nothing is missed post-go-live. -

Hi Juliet, do you want Google Workspace to become the primary mail host for the domain, with 123 Reg retained only for archiving/copies, or must 123 Reg remain the primary mail server while Gmail is used as the working interface?
To start immediately:
- Number of mailboxes/users
- Current 123 Reg/DNS setup
- Google Workspace status
- Required archive/retention setup
- Safe temporary admin access if needed
Once received, we can begin immediately.
