Access outlook email box using api

Hello Aman,
- Is this for a personal Outlook.com account or an Office 365/Business Exchange account?
- Do you need the program to only read emails, or should it also be able to send, delete, or manage emails?
- Do you already have an Azure App Registration set up for API access, or will you need guidance/access to create one? (Admin access on your Microsoft 365 tenant may be required.)
- What is your expected delivery timeline for this project?
- Should this run on Windows/Linux/Mac specifically, or is it platform-independent?

1. Do you only need to read emails, or should the program also send/reply, download attachments or move messages?

2. Is this for a Microsoft 365 business mailbox or a personal Outlook/Hotmail account?

3. Should the program access only one mailbox, or should it support multiple accounts?
