We someone who can help us with putting an API system together. A brief description of what is needed for the product we have.
Customer buys an online service, the customer has access to a password protected page that allows them access to submit a form with details about a 3rd party (company or person) to get a report.
Use the API to get the report from an issuer.
Count the number of requests that have been made successfully. Deny access if more than X number of reports have already been generated.
