UI/UX design for a mobile app. Current draft available

I need a designer who specializes in UI/UX design. I have received a UI/UX deign for a mobile app from a freelancer. The layout and design of how the app works looks good. However It's looks almost lazily designed and unaesthetic. Poor color combination. It just doesn't have that sophisticated polished look!

I'd prefer a fresh pair of eyes to introduce some new ideas on creating a new draft suitable for programming. I can supply log in details for uizard. I've seen some really fantastic looking design templated/options on there. This project should hopefully involve a lot less work than designing the app from scratch. Please be prepared to show me what tools you have to design an fantastic looking app and share to any other designs you've created.
