My company (Stevenson Whyte) manages blocks of apartments in the UK, although we have a good CRM system it doesn't offer a simple way for us to communicate with all residents i.e. owners and renters/tenants. At our larger buildings we have on site staff (concierge/doorman type staff) who accept parcels and recorded mail. I'm looking for an app that:
- allows us to communicate with all residents
- allows residents to report problems/faults at the building
- parcel management - the concierge staff can notify residents (who are registered on the app), ideally giving them a unique code/qr code to securely release the parcel. Automated reminders to collect parcels would be great too.
- a page with general info/faqs that we can customise (add adverts/offers if possible).
- key/visitor management - the concierge holds keys for some of the apartments (not all), giving them the functionality to log keys and add any notes of permitted visitors, plus allow them to sign the keys out and keep logs of events.
- the app would need to work at different buildings, with different general info/faqs but also make sure that only residents of the particular building had access i.e. users may need to prove residency to us in order to fully register/authorise their registration - or we can issue direct invitations via email. A drop down box to select the name of their development, then apply to register - meaning we get an email with a registration request - would be fine.
There are similar apps on the market but doesn't seem to be anything quite this simple - the other options include payment processing which I don't need. If helpful, the similar apps are Entrata ResidentPortal, Sightplan Resident App, Zego Mobiledoorman.
When quoting please give an indication, if possible, of any running/hosting costs on completion of the design.

Would you like the app to run cross platform, across iOS / Android?
How would you stop previous residents from accessing the app?
For parcels, do you have existing secure storage or would the concierge be handling the process?
What CRM are you using at the moment and does it provide an open API? This would allow data communication between the apps and your current software
