React native EXPO - Reader app (external-link-account) support

We have developed an app, which now uses external account management.

So that this can pass Apple approval, we need it to work with the 'External Link Account' entitlement. Full guidance on the integration is covered here: https://developer.apple.com/support/reader-apps/

Of that guidance, we've completed the first 4 steps, but need help with 'Implementing the in-app modal sheet'.

To submit a proposal for this project you must have experience with:

- React Native with EXPO
- Expo Modules API (https://docs.expo.dev/modules/overview/)
- 'External Link Account' entitlement integration (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/externallinkaccount/)
- Understanding of the reader app requirements (https://developer.apple.com/support/reader-apps/)

We have attempted to create a native expo module to power this functonality, but we can't seem to get it to connect with our APP. Ideally we want a developer who's created this for another project and can just drop in their code to power the modal system required for Apple.

- A link to a production app (in the app store) where we can see this functionality working (that you built)
- Outline estimate in hours / fixed cost
- Timeframe required to deliver
