Professional Android App developer needed

Hi,
My company is looking for an android web developer to realise an Android app. The app guidelines are briefly described below:
"This app will allow our usual customers to place orders directly on their smartphone. After the login the app should show to the costumer only few products, based on their preference. We will provide to the developer the products list for each costumer. After the login, they can then select the products they are going to buy. The selected product will be directed in the cart page. In that page the customer can review the order and generate the price quotation. The generated quotation will be send automatically to our mail address and will be available to download as pdf for the client."

Little update: "Once logged in, the customer can choose to go to his usual orders (so a page in which we insert manually the usual products purchased by the customer) or to request a quotation. If he wants to request a quotation, he needs to photograph the products package or the product barcode. Once he completed the photographs, he can upload it in our cloud space."
