MyWork Payroll & Employee Portal App

We’re M25 Movers, a fast-growing London removals company (50+ staff), and we need a custom payroll & employee portal app.

Google Sheets is not cutting it anymore. We want a mobile-first app where our movers and office staff can see:

How much they’ve earned this month (live dashboard).

Bonuses, deductions, advances (pending vs approved).

Request tools (advance, bonus, leave, appeal deduction).

Payslip download.

Managers need to:

Submit attendance.

Add penalties/bonuses for their team.

Admins need to:

Approve/deny requests.

Generate monthly payroll & payslips.

Export payroll summary to Zoho Books (or at least CSV in Stage 1).

Must-have for Stage 1

Zoho Creator build (preferred) OR low-code alternative (Glide, Bubble, Flutterflow) with Zoho Books export.

Employee, Manager, Admin roles.

Audit trail (every change logged).

Clean, mobile-friendly UI.

Nice-to-have for later stages (design with expansion in mind)

Performance & valuation tracking.

HR documents (contracts, SOPs).

Notifications.

Deliverables

Functional Stage 1 app (Zoho Creator or low-code).

Employee, Manager, Admin dashboards.

Payslip generation & export.

Documentation (how to use/manage).

⚡ We’re not looking for a spreadsheet with lipstick. We want an actual app — an employee portal that becomes part of daily life at M25.
