Mobile voting app

I want a voting app developed:

General
- Sign in with facebook account or email
- Multi language

User Info
- First and last name
- Nickname, default to first name plus first character of last name
- Profile picture
- Self description
- Birthdate
- Sex - M/F
- City/Country - use gps
- Interested categories - Travel, Fashion, Food & drinks etc.

Upload question
- Description
- Max 2 photos - camera or from album
- Categorize
- Choice of target audience - public or friend(s)
- Expiry - set duration of the event, default to 1 day

Voting
- Switch between public and friends' requests
- Page view and list view
- Like/Dislike/Skip
- Optional comment

Results
- Number of likes and dislikes and %
- List of users responded and their comments

Others
- Friend request
- Messages and notifications
