Mobile application development for iOS and Andriod

I need someone that can build an app for me that will stop the user from texting or looking at social media while driving. This app will need to have a parental login and let the parent set the restrictions. It will need to allow the user to send an alert to the parent if they are just a passenger and the parent can then allow them to text or use social media.

We have found three apps that solve different issues that we want to combine on this app.

- Front-end web portal to allow the user to log in from the web
- Downloadable app to allow the user to log in from their device
• Thumbprint log in
• Social media log in
- The user will be able to create an account containing children’s profiles
- The user will be able to create, edit and respond to app alerts
- The user will be able to pinpoint the last known location on a map or using an address – see life360.com
- The app will have privacy settings that the parent can set for each child
- The app will allow for advertising and a way to pay to remove advertising
- The parent or guardian will be able to control access to the app with a “pin” or secret code
- The app will block incoming and outgoing texting and phone calls once the phone is moving at 7MPH
- The app will end the block once the phone has sat under 7MPH for 5 mins
- The app will block social networking or apps that the parent chooses. – See Netsanity
- The app will work on both iPhone and Android
