    Faz I've analyzed your requirements and after analyzed your requirements I've some queries for better understanding your need in your app:

    * Can you please clear me that first which app you actually want:
    a)Android
    b)iOS
    c)Both

    * You want app where user can upload an images,add notes and you also need a finger touch event for customer signatures where user can sign by there finger?

    * You need that all submitted data will be store on DB where your office team can check or view those submitted data?

    *Do you have DB or you want that as well?

    * Can you please share any reference if you have for better understanding your requirements?
