Mobile App with React Native / Expo / CSV file (or SQL Server)

I need a Mobile App working on an Android Phone that reads barcodes and stores them inside the cell phone (connected to a LAN)
After the operator has read each barcode, he must be able to enter a quantity.
When the operator has finished reading the barcodes, he must press a button and the App must send the barcodes and the quantity in a CSV file to a shared folder on a computer on the LAN (or, if it is easier, write the data on a SQL Server table, in this case, I need also the code for the server if needed)
The App must be developed with React Native / Expo
