Mobile App to be designed in both android and IOS

We have an app idea that we need brought to life, we have the idea and sketches, but we need full on cross platform app, with all back end and front end (UX/UI design aswell).

There is not an app version available of the above but the features will be the same. Register as a cover employee or register as the 'business'

In this case the business is charged and the employee upon booking confirmation, the details of the location, name, etc must be only be revealed once payment has cleared, (through pre approved payment details paypal etc. The initial listing is for free but must mask any contact details.

The purpose of the app is to find emergency cover at short notice, so all the usual elements will be required such as maps, private messaging (filtered), bookings, locations services, search facility, notifications etc

We would like a finalised and comprehensive quote initially, if it is within our budget we will take talks further.
