Mobile app on for Push notifications

Hi,

**Please read full description and send me over any relevant apps you have created**

I am after an app for both IOS and Android that is for push notifications to be sent to users who download the app.

- I will need 1 x app (for ios and android), 1 x super admin panel, 1 x login panel for each creator on the app

**THE APP**

- Users can create an account and choose to follow creators they like that are on the app
- Users will receive notifications from creators/pages they follow on the app.
- users can leave comments on the creators pages

**SUPER ADMIN PANEL**

- send push notifications
- See users details
- manage users
- see creators details
- manage creators pages (edit description, upload images etc)
- reset passwords for users
- see reports (number of users, numbers of creators, number of push notifications sent

**CREATOR PANEL**

each creator will get a login to panel they control

- Send push notifications
- update page description, and images

App is all about push notifications. THIS APP IS BASIC IN FUNCTIONALITY but needs to look and feel modern and be user friendly.

We may want Twilo and Stripe integration at a later date.
