Mobile App Development

I m looking for someone who can build a mobile app for Android and Iphone. I m looking for people who are credible and have ratings of 4.8 minimum, track record of delivering on time and charge less than $10.

It will be an App that will support my people who are on Coaching Programs, it will record their GOALS, will have notifications to remind them mark against their goals on daily basis, have a RED ALERT to reach out to me in emergency, mood indicator feeding their performance against goals.....an app to keep clients accountable on track, support them if they are feeling down and get positive upbeat messages from me so they feel connected in between our coaching sessions
