Looking For a Full-Time programmer who knows php and c# using laravel framework

Description of requirements/functionality: I am looking to hire a full-time programmer who has the expertise in php and c#, and who knows the laravel framework. We are currently developing an enterprise application for desktops, mobiles, and hololens eventually. We would like a programmer who is on point, who works quickly, who knows how to finish within the timeline given. Must be able to use teamviewer while conducting work on a weekly basis. Job may last for 2 months to a 1 year. NDA agreement will also be required to sign. Looking to hire and have someone start, asap. Will be required to work 8hrs per day, 5 days a week. Schedule would be: (M-F 6am - 2pm EST) Saturday would be if it was something that was of an urgency, and of course you would be paid for any hours worked that day, which will be very often.
Specific technologies required: Reliable PC, and the abilitiy to use teamviewer while working
OS requirements: Windows, Mac OS
