IPhone and Android App refactoring

Hello,

our application in version 1 is almost finished. We are talking about 2 applications (iOS and Android) communicating through a server.

The customer app sends orders to the server, which then sends the information to the merchant app. This functionality is up and running. But we need support to add more features to the app(s). Before I go into detail, out of experience I would like to point out in detail, what we expect from our partner:

1. fluent English (real fluent english)
2. Comprehensive experience in iOS and Android app projects (portfolio requested) Either one developer with good iPhone or Android skills. Or a good team sitting next each other.
3. Direct contact to the programmer (please ensure 1. english!)
4. A dedicated programmer (or more) just running on our project.
5. Daily reports about progress and hours.
6. Daily code upload

If you can provide this kind of service, we are more than happy to read your proposal.

Tasks:
You closely work with our CIO. He is your main contact. We use Google chat, Skype and eMail.
You will be provided with a very comprehensive documentation (approximately 65 pages) for all APIs etc. Also all work flows are designed.

A) Re factoring the "old" apps
You need to run through the code and review it. If there are some major hick ups, please report and improve

B) Feature payment customer
You will need to add an iFrame to the existing app. Within the iFrame the app will communicate to the payment solution provider. API and SDK available.

C) Feature payment merchant
You will need to implement an alternative payment entry gateway to the existing app, which runs within an iFrame. There it will communicate to the payment solution provider. API and SDK available.

D) Feature "around me" customer
you will need to implement a map function, corresponding with the server. GPS data verification, results in return. The usual...

E) other features at this skill level

Start of the Project asap: May 1st 2012
Target to launch A-D) max 2 weeks (80 hours)
