IOS application development - no design needed

General information for the app: The app is a birth app
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of every page/module: The application has been designed so I am looking for a developer. Preferably someone in England.
Description of requirements/features: We need a developer who can create the following functionalities;

Videos within the app without slowing it down
Contraction timer
Daily blog within the app
Push notifications
Extra notes: Please note I am looking for someone who can work with my designer on this so they need to be able to converse in English. I need someone who can take the lead technically and the developer must be fully able to create complex applications. Please provide examples of previous work.
