IOS App Developer needed for iPhone App Prototype

We need an iPhone mobile app developed for a service site similar to:

The app would be quite basic. It would involve an in-app subscription service, and a feed which showing a list of iOS freelance opportunities available and a method to contact the employers (pulled from a database). We have wireframes for the app, and are looking for someone to start either immediately or in the next couple of weeks.
