General information for the app: A form app integrated with an API
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of every page/module: The home page will welcome the user and present them with four options. Three of these options will be to click a button to be taken to the associated form. The fourth will be a login button.
The form pages will have a first name, last name, email, phone, signature panel and agree to terms inputs. The label for the agree to terms checkbox should be a link to our terms and conditions which load in a popup.
The forms will be integrated with the API at http://apidocs.legalesign.com/ We will have created a template on the Legal E-sign web interface. One template for each form type, upon submission of the form it will create a new document from that template and insert the data in to the document.
Members of staff should be able to login. They will be presented with three different buttons, all pointing to a different form. The form is again integrated with the API at http://apidocs.legalesign.com/. The form will have a lot more fields than the public form.
Description of requirements/features: We need an iOS and Android app developing. The app will have two sections, one for the general public and one for our staff.
On the public side, they will have the opportunity to complete 3 different forms. Before they complete the form they will be presented with three questions. For them to continue to the next question, they have to answer yes. Upon answering yes the question slides out and the next question slides in. Answering yes to all three questions takes them to the form. That data will be sent to this API and generate a document from a template. The form fields completed by the user will be sent through the API to this new document.
The section of the app for our staff will have the same forms, but with more fields available. Upon submitting the form it will send the data through the API http://apidocs.legalesign.com/ and create a new document from a template.
Staff should also be able to retrieve uncompleted and completed documents through the API.
