Concierges will then have the ability to directly respond within the app, uploading any pertinent documentation, images or updates back to the client. Additional features under consideration include real-time messaging for immediate assistance and a status dashboard to track open requests. The overarching goal is to streamline the client experience through a dedicated app that promotes on-demand connectivity with our concierge staff around the world.
