Description of requirements/features: The app will connect Temp Nurses with Buyers of Temp services and bypass agencies

I want an App like Uber for for the temp Nursing industry. The idea is to connect buyers (Hospitals, medical centres, care homes) with temp Nurses.

I therefore need a full turn key solution including CRM, field app, Payments (Stripe) buyer app, seller app etc. I will need advice on hosting to ensure 100% uptime and scaleability.

I need connection between a partner CRM and the App CRM for payment and wage details to flow, we have API details.

The Buyer side needs to be web and app based, with capability of single or multi site use, and varying levels of buying authority.

I have detailed descriptions, please see workflow images attached, although these may change based on your recommendations.

Can you give me an estimate please ?

This will be the first iteration of an ongoing development project, only bid if you can provide long term support.

I need retina quality UI. I have my logo and colour requirements.

Extra notes: The deadline is tight, so is the budget and so it is important that you see this as a long term project and not a one off. we will be cantle updating and improving this app to met market demands and envisage a lot if iterations in the next 2 years, plus spin offs into other vertical markets.

When a job is posted or a Nurse becomes available there are a number of important factors to take into account relating to pay.
