IOS and Android App development

Hello,
I am looking for a professional developer to make an application.
1- The app is really simple. Mostly, it is only content preview (Text and videos).
2- There should be a backend platform where the app owner can add content directly.
3- There is no ecommerce or payment system.
4- There is no user registration or profile system.
5- There are only few tools to be added.
6- The application should be created for both iOS and Android systems.
