Description of every page/module: Hi, I have been using the services of another supplier on PPH (App Shoppy) who have nearly completed a website for this project but have not been able to complete both andriod and ios iPhone apps for me due to sub contracting out to suppliers who keep letting us down by promising the work will be completed and then not doing so. I have been on this project for nearly 11 months now and was promised it would take 3 months maximum. I now need to find Trustworthy, Reliable and honest app developers who will do what they say they will do on cost and on time. The apps have been started already and App Shoppy are happy to help bring this project to a conclusion by supplying any development to date ( the website will remain with them).
Description of requirements/features: You can get a clear idea of the project by viewing cvidoweb.betaclubs.com and reviewing the original brief attached. All other information can then be provided by App Shoppy when a supplier is agreed upon
Specific technologies required: record and view video, document download and upload
Extra notes: Please quote on the above with timings.

    Thanks for the reply. We do not require the apps to be started from scratch as both have already been started. I need a price and timings to further discuss the project as there have been many replies with very varying quotes and I cannot reply to them all.

    Thanks for the response.

    It is not possible to provide the fixed cost and time for the project because
    1) we have to work on existing code, the code which we are not aware of the coding standards followed. This needs us to study the code first.
    2) We are not aware of the app features and its functionalities
    3) We are not aware of the existing bugs that we have to fix.

    In such projects we feel comfortable in going with hourly rates as it is convenient for both clients and us. You exactly pay us for what we work for.
    You pay us for the number of hours we work on your project.

    1) Do we have to start the app development from scratch? if not, how much app is complete?
    2) Is the design of the app ready?
    3) Do we need to build the APIs for the app or your website team would be providing them?
