I need someone to develop an app

I need someone to develop an app similar where people can find and review local services. We already have a website. We are in between ditching the website and creating only an app. Or have the app and website. We will only consider applications for people that understand how similar app work and are able to design something super user friendly and of quality. On going work will be needed. If you have experience in Web development as well it will be an advantage.
