I need my Photo printing android app fixed with new UI design

Its an app that allows people to order for different photo prints from their phone. We launched it on February this year but it was not a success because it of its design interface and functionality. It did not work on many phones thus we paused marketing first. It became worse when sign in buttons was no longer visible.

The design was done on 'Meteor' Interface found online. We learnt this later from the developer and was disappointing.

The app has Front End and Back end.

It has approx 10 screens for the USER (interface). It can be less or more.
1 or more screens for the backend used by admin to manage orders.
Description of requirements/features: We need the app fixed using Android developer Interface. We need the following done.
1. We need the app fixed so that people can login and place orders for photo prints and Pichabook by uploading their photos or pasting an FTP link like from google drive for their photos. 2. Users who create an account can see their current orders, both complete and pending. They can also see history of interaction with the app.

2. Redesign Back end (where we see orders and photos uploaded by user) so it will be easy for us to manage each paid order.

3. Have a fresh UI design.

I need a developer who is passionate about this job and is ready to work with me for a long term with mutual respect.

After, each stage, I will need source codes.
