I need an app android

The project is like a diary, only with more data.

The App has the following flow:
1 - First is the login screen. This login will be registered on my site. No need to register through the app.
2 - On the second screen, after login, need to have the option to synchronize data.
3 - After synchronizing the data, displays a list with the name and license plate.
4 - After clicking a list item, it displays all the data for that item.

Need to synchronize data with the web.
Doing research on the list.
Able to call the numbers on the list.

Should save the login data and list on the mobile device.

The user must have the option to save the access preferences.

The data to authenticate the login and sicrononizar data will be passed through JSON.

I am sending an attachment file with a php code using CURL where you can see the return will be in JSON.

Basically you need to write this return on the mobile device to be accessed offline.

Need to send the login and password to authenticate, as in the example.
