I need an android/iOS app created

I am looking to create an app where a customer can search and pay for a service and a company/individual can accept the job instantly in real time. (Possibly a two part app?) Essentially theres two parts of the development. The front end and back end is just the server and web service. The front is the application screens which the work will flow.
