I need an Android app done

General information for the app: The App needs to function like a raffle draw
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of every page/module: The App is pretty Basic. All it needs to do are the following:

- contains a from with certain questions for customers to happen
- form to fill in customer information, invoice number, invoice amount.
- The app should be able to recognize that a person should be entered into the draw for every $100. that is if the customer inserts the invoice amount to be $500. the app should insert the persons name into the draw 5 times and vice versa.
- There will be about 1000 to 2000 entries per day.
- At the end of each day the admin should be able to pick one winner out of the entire list and announce as the winner. The winners details should be mentioned once the winner is picked.
