I need a developer to finish an iPhone app

General information for the app: The app scans bar codes, batches them in a file, and FTPs them to a server.
Kind of development: Customization of existing app
Description of requirements/features: Phase 1:
A large portion of this project is already complete. The existing developer is being assigned to a different project, and we need someone to finish this app off. There are some UI issues that need to get fixed. However, the majority of the work that remains is in FTP'ing the file to the server. The FTP portion of the code has been started. It needs to be debugged and completed.
This will complete the demo version of the software.
Phase 2:
The security infrastructure of the code will need to be modified in order to take the app to production level that our customers can use. Phase 2 is a completely separate project outside of the scope of this job. However, the developer assigned to Phase 1 will get the opportunity to work on Phase 2 if they decide to do so.
Specific technologies required: FTP knowledge is a must!
