Health App & Web Dashboard – Flutter + Node.js Full Stack

We are launching a healthcare project that aims to make access to medical services simpler, faster, and more transparent — for both patients and certified healthcare professionals.

We are looking for a talented freelance developer or a small team to bring this platform to life.

We need:

A Flutter mobile app (iOS & Android)

A web interface for health professionals (Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL)

A secure admin dashboard

Main features include:

Appointment booking

Teleconsultation (WebRTC or Daily.co)

Map-based geolocation (doctors & pharmacies)

Multilingual UI: French, English, Arabic, Spanish, German

Pro dashboard: agenda, invoicing, support via TeamViewer

Mandatory stack (non-negotiable):

Flutter (mobile)

Next.js + Node.js + PostgreSQL (web)

AWS (Europe) + GitHub Actions (CI/CD)

Security requirements:

GDPR compliant

Encrypted data (at rest & in transit)

Role-based access control

Two-factor authentication

Logging & automated backups

ISO 27001-ready infrastructure

Collaboration:

Written communication only (English or simple French)

No video meetings required

Weekly deliverables, sprint-based follow-up
