Faceid /Plate Match, Check IA

Description:
- We require a responsive WEB application that has: Teensflow or Amazon FaceRekognition or similar
- No design, only functionality
- Use HTML, JS, PHP Backend
- MySQL database

Functionality Tests:
- Upload a photo and compare it with my IMAGE FOLDER
- Write a plate number and compare it with my IMAGE FOLDER
- Capture a fake photo to see if it recognizes it as a face or not

Deliverables:
- Source code
- //comments tags for path or folder modifications
- Support to register accounts or third-party APIs if applicable
