Position Overview



We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to collaborate on the development of a new dating app. The chosen candidate will work closely with our frontend team and other team members to ensure smooth integration of backend functionalities with the app’s user interface. This project offers an initial payment of $3,000-$4,000, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time employee position (contract-based) in the United States, depending on performance and alignment with the team.



Key Responsibilities



• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems for the dating app.

• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate APIs and backend logic.

• Implement database architecture, user authentication, and secure data storage.

• Optimize backend processes for high-performance and low-latency user experience.

• Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve backend issues as they arise.

• Ensure adherence to security and data privacy regulations.



Required Skills and Experience



• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby, Java, or similar.

• Expertise in backend frameworks like Django, Flask, Express.js, or similar.

• Experience designing and managing relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).

• Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with data encryption.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.



Preferred Qualifications



• Previous experience in developing backend systems for mobile or web applications, especially within social networking or dating platforms.

Payment and Contract



• Initial Payment: $3,000 - $4,000 for the project phase.

• Future Opportunity: Candidates demonstrating exceptional performance may be offered a permanent employment contract in the United States.
