We are a staffing agency looking to create an inhouse online booking system.
Key functionalities:
1. Client CRM - to manage prospects, sales, and customer service.
2. Staff Portfolio Management
3. Create Bookings with links to staff, clients and venues.
4. Create Invoices
5. Manage notifications to clients and staff
6. Link to our WordPress Website for lead collection and data collection.
There are several readymade applications which do 70% of the stuff we want to do but we need to develop our own in house system as what we do is quite unique so the requirements are a bit more specific.
